Last week was just an accumulation of illnesses that included me being stuck in bed for two days with the flu.
we got all a bit better this weekend so to celebrate we made one of my favourites, un gâteau au fromage blanc

Your gâteau au fromage blanc looks wonderful. And now I really must shuffle to the kitchen and see what I can feast upon. It is late afternoon here and I doubt I will find much. Perhaps an early dinner is in order.
