Good Morning! I'm just sipping on my morning coffee, listening to the birds outside my window and enjoying your dolls. Imagine my surprise as I admire this doll and the woven blanket it sits on! From the bit I see, I can tell it is a Chimayó blanket from New Mexico. My grandfather was a master weaver and from Chimayó. If you go to my etsy store (crismadeit) you will see a children's book I wrote about all of this. Can you please tell me how you came upon the weaving? this is all too exciting for me. there is also a bit about my weaving family on my blog. cheers! I don't know if I'm giddy from too much coffee (need more) or this weaving :* )

Love the first picture: the sunlight, the chair and, of course, the May pillow
(continuing the above comment) it's fantastic!
xx
What an adventurous shadow in the first picture. And the girl waiting her sailor to pick her up (:
Oh Lumi is stunning in this outfit!
Ahhh light again, yes!
