the end of June is all about village fêtes, a 6th birthday celebration (finally made him a bow tie to look like the doctor)
and the World cup!

these were taken yesterday, a new jacket for the doll and somebody who has a hard time going to bed early every night.

and her little family on a break in the capital.

how nice to finally meet somebody you have known online for a few years, how nice and surreal
to see Eliott in person. what a charming little man.

hello, i wish my posts were a bit more frequent but life is just being too busy
thank you so much for your comments on my last post, i'm happy some of you like this new doll which takes forever to complete

happy sunny weekend to all!

I'm back. France was nice, Paris was very short but very enjoyable. I mainly caught up with friends and family, had a nice lunch here, , browse through that window, had a nice chat with Else, Delphine and Barbara at the supermarket and met some lovely people (hello Yasmine, coucou Dorothée!)
Taking pictures of Barbara's stall in front of her was slightly intimidating..
Although there was no time for shopping i managed to find a nice summer dress in 5 mins and for 5 euros, yay!

Lucius is checking out his new friend, they are meant to be best pals, you can tell.
there are still little things to improve on the new doll ( no name yet) and she is still waiting for a jacket but overall here she is.
the idea is to make her clothes that can be purchased individually.

We are off to France tomorrow, i am hoping to escape to Paris on Sunday and pop in le supermarket
I might see some of you over there!
